The client

Waracle collaborates with ambitious financial services, health, and energy clients to develop intelligent digital products across mobile, web and emerging technology. Waracle is an inclusive, inspiring, and developmental home for the most talented people in the industry.

The challenge

Waracle had doubled in size during the Pandemic, with turnover reaching £25m, to the point that existing structures and processes were under strain. The senior leadership team recognised that they needed much closer alignment to the future vision for the firm.

What we did

Waracle engaged zuhra consulting to facilitate strategic workshops with the leadership team to identify the vision, values and business plan for clients and colleagues.

We proposed a new organisational structure to support the next phase in the organisation’s evolution and position it to deliver more effective solutions to clients. This included preparing job profiles and new selection and assessment processes.

We developed engagement materials for leaders and colleagues to introduce and manage the organisational change. We facilitated a set of workshops for the new leaders of each area to strengthen their collaboration and team effectiveness.

The Results

The new organisational structure became critical to the Waracle ‘can-do’ culture, ensuring greater synergy across the company. This resulted in a significant increase in contracts with FTSE 100 organisations.

““We’ve used zuhra’s expertise over a number of years. Susan has helped our board and senior leadership design our growth and organisation plan and manage challenging people situations. She has vast experience in HR and organisational design in people-centric businesses and is immensely useful as a sounding board, advisor, facilitator, and chair.””
